Laurel Fork Falls

Accessible by boat on Lake Jocassee, this 80′ falls is at the head of a narrow cove on the NE tip of the Toxaway River portion of Lake Jocassee. Hiking into the falls is a 5-6 hour strenuous hike of 8.5 miles from US 178 on the Foothills Trail. Follow Laurel Creek, crisscrossing the stream on permanent bridges.

Directions: Devils Fork State Park: N on Hwy. 11; left on Jocassee Lake Road for 4 miles to Park boat ramp.
