Twelve Mile Recreation Area

Managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers, the park has a boat launch, playground, picnic shelters, and restrooms. Swimming at your own risk is allowed and fishing is permitted. There is a $4 parking fee. Located just north of Clemson on SC Highway 133, this park sits at the confluence of the Seneca and Twelve Mile Rivers, forming Lake Hartwell
